Listening to the Consumer: Value for innovation and business development

I'm currently working full time on my masters thesis. I've been struggling with the final research question within innovation in services and marketing but finally found my place with the subject: "Listening to the Consumer: Value for innovation and business development."
So I'm writing a massive Literature Review on Services, Innovation, Chronological history of marketing and "Listening". Finally I'll be interviewing some of the biggest brands in tourism in Iceland and some of my favourite innovative brands in tourism in Iceland.
